Terms of Sale, Shipping & Returns
Plain-language terms for orders from the Mr. Blue Skies Corgi Shop at corgi.mrblueskies.com.
Orders and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay, along with shipping. You can pay by card (and Apple Pay or Google Pay where available) through Stripe, or with PayPal when that option is shown. Your order is confirmed once payment goes through, and we email you a receipt. You need a free Mr. Blue Skies account (sign-in by emailed code) so you can track your order.
Made to order
Each flag is printed for you after you order, by our print and fulfillment partner. Colors on your screen can look a little different from printed fabric. Because flags are made to order, we can't cancel an order once it has gone into production. If you need to change something, email us right away at info@mrblueskies.com and we'll do our best.
Shipping
- We ship to addresses in the United States only.
- Shipping is $5.99 for the first flag and $1.50 for each additional flag in the same order.
- Most orders are printed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days, then take a few more business days in transit. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, especially around holidays, so order early for holiday flags.
- We email you a tracking link when your order ships.
- Please double-check your shipping address. If a package comes back because of an incorrect address, we can reship it once you've paid the shipping again.
Returns and replacements
If your flag arrives damaged, misprinted, or with the wrong design, or if your package never arrives, email info@mrblueskies.com within 30 days of the delivery date (or the expected delivery date) with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement at no cost, or refund you if a replacement isn't possible.
Because every flag is printed to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a different design, or a size that doesn't fit your stand. This doesn't affect any rights you have under the law.
Artwork
All flag designs are original artwork owned by Mr. Blue Skies. Please don't copy or resell them.
Privacy
We use your name, email, phone and shipping address to make and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We share your shipping details with our print partner and carrier only to deliver your order. Card details are handled by Stripe (or PayPal) and never reach us. See our Privacy notice.
